BAM! Fish in the boat!
We have been having an incredible couple weeks!
One charter we were lucky to have such a skilled angler aboard. Joe Perron boated an incredible 6.4lb salmon! The biggest to date on the Kool-Aid!
We also recently had a trip with a wedding group, what a blast! Boated a ton of fish and had even more laughs!
They have been hitting on the downriggers a lot more then the leadcore and fly line. Most fish are coming from 23-27 feet down over at least 50 feet of water. We have yet to pull a "skinny" salmon aboard which is great to see because of all the hype about the fishery being on the downhill. The report from the Kool-Aid and the other charter boats is "healthy fish"
